Background

Ndola Trust School was owned and run by the Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines (ZCCM) from 1973 to 1999 when it was privatized and run as a private school under the care of a Board of Governors.

The school is now run by Pendulum Estates Limited as a government entity.

The school is a multi-cultural institution as it has no bas towards race, denomination and ethnicity.

Its environment has since inception, grown from primary to secondary school within the current total enrollment of 800 pupils.

Ndola Trust School is headed by the Principal who is assisted by two Vice Principals, one for the Primary and the other for the Secondary School. The Primary School Vice Principal is assisted by two Senior Teachers, the Lower School (Reception to Grade Three) and the other Upper School (Grade Four to Grade Seven). The Secondary School Vice Principal is assisted by three Heads of Departments. Extra-Curricular Activities in both the Primary and Secondary sections are coordinated by one Senior Teacher.

Administrative Support Staff includes the School Accountant, the Assistant Accountant, and the School Secretary.

Auxiliary Staff report to the Vice Principal – Primary.
