Admissions

To apply for pupil admission at Ndola Trust School, please fill in application form or submit an online application. The process can be completed in stages but following initial registration, you will need the following information or documents for your child in order to complete the application:

• Medical Form and Vaccination Reports
• Copy of Birth Certificate or Under 5 Clinic Card
• Passport Size Photo
• Child’s Grade Reports from previous school
• Copy of Residence Permit

It is essential that you carefully and thoroughly provide all necessary information on the application form. Children whose chronological age does not match their educational performance require very careful placement, and we may not be able to offer places to children who are developmentally too young or too old for our birth year related programmes.
